BLOMPRAKT is now in store — a new practical table speaker in beige, black, and blue that combines great sound with atmospheric lighting. It features an angled top, enabling the built-in light to be directed precisely to create the right ambiance.

“To me, a good speaker should be many things, and when I designed BLOMPRAKT, I wanted to include it all. Great sound, of course, smart features, stylish design and dimmable lighting to truly enhance the mood. The inspiration comes from a childhood memory from the 1970s – a broken table lamp and the Beatles song ‘Let It Be’ playing in the background. The result is a sleek design piece that I hope will help users set the tone for many memorable moments at home.”

Designer Jon Eliason

IKEA is taking a distinct step forward in sound, with the ambition to treat speakers with the same care and personality as the rest of the home.
